To request a quotation from FangSheng in China Xingtai, describe the job and identify the machine and configuration you want to compare. If you have not selected a model, send the working requirements so proposed options can be checked against the task.
1. Identify the equipment and working requirements
- Off-road forklifts: give the maximum load weight, load dimensions, required lifting height, ground surface and access width. Include the load centre if known and any attachment requirement.
- Excavators: describe the digging work, required depth and reach, access restrictions, ground conditions and proposed bucket or attachment.
- Road rollers: describe the material and area to be compacted, available working width, access limits and expected workload.
Add the product link or model reference, quantity and intended use. Site or material photographs can help explain the task, but they do not replace the specification of the proposed configuration. Request that specification rather than relying on photographs or a headline capacity.
2. Specify configuration and delivery requirements
List the options you need and distinguish them from preferences. For a forklift, this may include mast height, drive arrangement, tyres, cab and attachments. For an excavator, include attachment compatibility and any hydraulic requirements. Ask the quotation to state what is included.
Provide the delivery location or port, preferred delivery terms and target purchase timing. Identify the documents your purchasing process requires so availability can be confirmed. Request packing details and transport dimensions before arranging collection or freight.

4. Compare quotations on the same basis
Check that each quotation covers the same model, configuration, quantity and delivery scope. Separate the machine price from freight and optional items. Review quotation validity, payment terms, warranty coverage and the availability of maintenance information together before deciding.
If a specification or inclusion is unclear, request a written clarification. For lifting equipment, ask for the capacity documentation for the proposed truck, mast and attachment combination. For excavators, confirm the working dimensions and attachment requirements for the selected model.
